Hey beauties! Today I want to share with you a vegan beauty brand that gives back. Tash Cosmetics was kind enough to send me products to review. I love sharing brands that are good for your skin and gives back to the community.
One thing that really stood out for me was that their products are made to order. They explain on their web site that they are made to order so the products aren’t sitting around on shelves. This brand is organic, vegan, and cruelty free. They create products that are healthy for your skin. Everyone knows I love a good vegan and cruelty free beauty brand! So, hats off to you Tash Cosmetics!
So, not only is this beauty brand unique and healthy for your skin, but it also loves to give back! They are on a mission to help give back to four different organizations. For every purchase made to Tash Cosmetics, they donate 5% to the following charities. You can learn more about the charities here.
- Rady Children’s Hospital
- St. Judes Children’s Hospital
- ARF (Animal Rescue Foundation)
Their products are reasonably priced and they give back! What more could you ask for? Well, below, I tell you my thoughts on their products I tried. Remember, I am always honest on how I feel about a product. While these products had some great qualities, there were also some things I would like to see improve.
Tash Cosmetics Infinity Lipstick in Fab
Okay, just look at this beautiful color. It is a gorgeous shade of purple that goes on my lips like a magical magenta! Love love love the color. However, when it comes to applying the lipstick, I noticed it didn’t go on as smoothly as I would like. I had to sweep the color across my lips many times to completely saturated my pout. Once on, it was beautiful! I ate two meals while wearing this lipstick and it only slightly came off. So, I would say this lipstick is fairly long wearing which is a must have for any woman on the go. The matte coverage was perfect! I love a good matte lipstick. I would only wish it was easier to apply.
Tash Cosmetics Loose Eye Shadow (Diamond Dust and Think Twice)
As always, I’m giving you my honest product review. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the packaging on these eye shadows. The lids were a bit difficult to take off resulting in loose glitter EVERYWHERE!!!! However, I was pleasantly surprised at the pigment in the loose eye shadows. Granted, you must wet your brush when applying for best results. The colors are pretty and sparkly which we all know I love. If they could improve the packaging I would definitely opt for another one.
All in all, I think this brand is working towards doing great things. This brand is growing and I love that they are so involved with the community. I would definitely love to try out their organic skin care!
