I’m sharing my honest Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio fragrance product review.I received this product complimentary from Influenster for review. If you read my last post, you know how you can get free products like me from Influenster. At first, I was super excited. My boyfriend has worn this scent for years. It’s a great fresh and masculine smell don’t get me wrong. However, now that I am doing research on what brands test on animals, my excitement took a turn.
You will see on Armani’s website that they claim to no longer test on animals. However, their products are sold in China. Some of you may know that if the product is sold in China, the brand is required by law, to use ingredients that were tested on animals “for safety.” Really, China? You have got to get on board with the times and end this silly law. Just saying. The brand itself may not test on animals, however, it seems to me that they are paying another brand to do the dirty work for them.
Anyway, that being said, I personally cannot recommend this product as I am on a mission to end animal testing. However, I am required by Influenster, to share my honest opinion on this product as I received it free in return for a review. So, here it goes.

Giorgio Armani Acqua Di Gio
This scent is super light and fresh! It contains notes of green tangerine, Indonesian potchuelli, fruity persimmon, and jasmine. These ingredients offer a fresh and crisp scent.
The Targeted Customer
This fragrance targets the man with an aquatic lifestyle. This fragrance is for the guy who likes something simple and fresh. A fragrance that is not too heavy. This guy can be found at the beach catching the next wave or getting ready for a water polo match.
The bottle itself portrays an aquatic feel with the silver cap and simple glazed bottle. It’s light weight and easy to store in his bathroom cabinet.
I honestly love the smell on my guy. In fact, I love the smell on my skin! But, I will not be purchasing this product anytime soon until they pull it out of China, or China gets on the cruelty free bandwagon.
Has your man tried this scent?
